Valencia Waste Management took over the responsibility of restoring Beddington Farmlands from Viridor. It has taken them a year to decide that they cannot deliver the current planning conditions of the Restoration Road Map and are now consulting on their new plans.

Valencia have taken pre-application advice from Sutton Council and this consultation is prior to formally submitting their planning application.

It should be noted that Sutton Council are seeking legal enforcement in parallel to this application for not delivering Beddington Farmlands on time.
