Felnex reserved matters application – your comments needed

Deadline – 19 August 2016

Due to lots of confusion, the reserved matters application C2016/73672 has gone out for consultation again, with some further amendments.  This provides the detail design for the application changes (C2016/73625) that were approved on 20 July.

Not sure you like the look of the plans for Felnex?

This is a major development that will change the look and feel of Hackbridge forever.  If you have any concerns about the design of the development, we cannot stress enough that you need to submit these to the council.

There were only 14 responses from residents and we hope this is because people thought they had already responded as three applications came out at the same time, hence the confusion.

NDG’s previous response

We submitted our objection letter on 13 May 2016 and will now review the addendum and report back.
