Wandle Trading Estate – Redrow’s June update

This is the June update from Redrow on the Wandle Trading Estate development.

Redrow also want to show us their plans for Phase 2 of the development, which is will be different from the original approved scheme and therefore require planning permission.

We have suggested Redrow sort out the problems existing residents are having first with the construction of Phase 1 before submitting any plans for approval.
