The NDG requested that these meetings were set up to be able to update the group and local residents. The Planning Committee acknowledged this request and made it part of Barratt’s planning conditions. Local Councillors have been invited to attend all the meetings and only once has a Wandle Valley Councillor attended.
The last Liaison Group Meeting was held on 31 January 2018. Residents had asked when certain areas of the build would be finished, the tenure of the properties and the parking strategy. These documents can be found below:-

Hi, are there copies of the minutes of the following meetings? I’m a resident in New Mill Quarter and we have no updates provided on the construction works nor visibility of programme so the meeting minutes are quite handy.
