Planning application C2017/77417 has been submitted for planning approval by River Wandle Ltd.

The application is for:

  • Erection of a second floor extension
  • 5 x 2-bedroom flats
  • 5 x 3-bedroom flats
  • construction of a new stairwell
  • 5 parking spaces (plus 8 spaces taken from previously approved application C2015/72275)
  • Units 7 & 8 Vulcan House remain as an MOT station

It should be noted the Senior Engineer writing his statement from Environment, Housing & Regeneration noted that the number of car parking spaces, using the standard 4.8m measurement would allow 45 spaces and not 55 spaces as stated by the applicant.

C2015/71744 – Change of use from an office to a residential use providing 24 apartments Granted 02 July 2015 C2013/68403 Application to convert existing offices (B1) to residential units (C3) (excluding MOT station). (12 units). Granted 19 December 2013.

C2013/67244 – Use of part of premises for educational use (Class D1) for a temporary period Granted 03 June 2013 C2012/65650 Use of part of unit 22 at first floor as a telephone booking office for chauffeur service. Granted 3 May 2012.
