Redrow have appealed to the Secretary of State against Sutton Council’s refusal of their planning application C2017/77482, submitted in August 2017 for Phase 2 of the Wandle Trading Estate, also now known as Millfields.
Redrow submitted a further application for the same phase (C2017/78472) in December 2017 and on 13 March 2018, Sutton Council refused it.
We have just submitted our response to the Secretary of State and hope they uphold Sutton Council’s decision.
